I was originally Licensed as a Real
Estate Broker in 1982 and established Barrett Realty operating as a
one man firm for many years. I had my office in Louisburg until
Moving to Rolesville and joined the Raleigh/Wake County Board of
Realtors. I obtained my GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) and
also earned my CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member)
designation. This is a very specialized commercial designation

2007, I purchased the former State Employees Credit Union in
Louisburg and moved my office back to Louisburg. Even though I

The
feeling of seeing a family in their new home for the first time
keeps me going in this business. I have sort of a sixth sense when
it comes to knowing that the home we are viewing is “The One.” I
pride myself in being able to truly tune in to my client’s wants and

clients the world class service they deserve. Being a native North
Carolinian, I hold a vast amount of information about living and
growing up here. I was born in Durham, grew up in Raleigh, and
settled in Franklin County to raise a family in 1999. Whether you

needs in the Triangle area.
Outside
of work, I enjoy cooking, traveling, and spending time with my
family. From trout fishing in Cherokee, to basking in the sun at
Topsail Beach, to relaxing in Ocracoke, I take advantage of the wide
array of fun my home state has to offer.

is a business that touches all people. That’s one of the reasons I
decided to join the business. I love meeting new people and doing

County in a small community called White Level on my family’s farm
and have a good knowledge of the area. I also attended college at
Peace College in Raleigh and the University of North Carolina at
